Biography
Yunting Song is a PhD student at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2025). She holds an Advanced Master’s degree in Law and Digital Technology from Leiden University (2025), a Juris Master from Nanjing University (2022), and a Bachelor of Law from Southwest University (2018). Her research focuses on the digital economy, AI governance and collaborative models of public-private law in digital governance. Her current work examines data transactions and the governance of open source AI.
Yunting has gained diverse practical experience through her roles at the School of Administration in China, as well as through her involvement with Chinese courts, procuratorates, and law firms.
