The fourth volume in the Nomos book series The Regulation of Digital Technologies has been pusblished:
The edited volume, co-edited by CDSL's Daniel Wasser and Vagelis Papakonstantinou, looks at a question that is becoming increasingly urgent in practice: how AI can be understood, introduced and regulated within employment relationships. Although the focus is on Germany, the book adopts an international perspective, reflecting the fact that employers, workers and regulators now face a fragmented but rapidly developing legal environment.
