Michael Wachukwu
Biography
Michael is a researcher at the nexus of international law (Science, Tech and Society), the disruptions and benefits of ICT and AI, vis-à-vis economic and fundamental rights in digitalisation, the delicate balance of droits et devoirs digitaux, and remedies thereto); and European law (Foreign, Security and Cyber Defence, Diplomacy, the Rule of Law and Judicial Protection).
He started as a college teacher to facilitate cross-cultural experience. He served as Attorney and Solicitor; got a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Laws, and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Law, between business, fintech, space and telecoms, cyberspace, cybersecurity, AI and foreign policy. He considers how Tech and AI capacity invested for War, could be redirected to Peacebuilding.
His career synchronizes legal education and practice, with roles in pedagogy, research, and advisory across jurisdictions. He has modest awards, papers and legal opinions with the European Commission, public agencies, including state and private consortiums. He believes research could have real-time practical benefits to society. He got no great CV. He benefits from multilingualism in Luxembourgish, French, English, German and Chinese (HSK 2).
