Michael Wachukwu
Biography
Michael is an early- career researcher at the nexus of international and European law, with a focus on societal disruptions and benefits of ICT, AI, cyberspace, vis-à-vis economic and personal rights in digitalisation. His started with degrees in Education and experienced Second Language Teaching in colleges, to appreciate humanity, facilitate cross-cultural exchange and distinguish indoctrination from education. So, he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), 2019 and became an Attorney and Solicitor; he got a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Laws, 2022; and in European Law in 2024. His education at the University of Luxembourg includes certificat courses in AI, Fintech, Data and Cybersecurity, research and presentations on legal protections in ICT, Space, and cyber policy in judicial jurisprudence, (2023-2025).
His current research includes the delicate line of droits et devoirs digital, censorship and remedies thereto. It studies Metajuridica frameworks for an equitable digital society in public-economic rights. His career synchronizes education and legal practice, with roles in pedagogy, research, and advisory across jurisdictions. He has modest peer-reviewed papers and legal opinions, with the European Commission (2022), and Data Protection Agencies (2024), State and private stakeholders.
He got modest awards and thinks in terms of favour and service to humanity; glad to learn from others. He benefits from multilingualism in Luxembourgish, French, and English; German and Chinese (HSK 2).
