Biography
Francesco is currently a PhD candidate in Cybersecurity Law at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a member of the Cyber & Data Security Lab (CDSL). He collaborates with the Brussels School of Governance in courses related to the topic of cybersecurity. He holds a MA in International Relations from the University of Florence and an MA in World Politics from MGIMO (Moscow).
Francesco is Policy and Research Coordinator at the European Liberal Forum. He is a member of the ‘Center for Cybersecurity’ in Florence.
His research focuses on cybersecurity, digitisation, Russian-Western relations and the relationship between sustainability and technologies.
