Daniel Wasser
Biography
As a researcher, Daniel Wasser joined both, the Law, Science, Technology & Society Research Group (LSTS) as well as the Cyber & Data Security Lab (CDSL) as of September 2021.
After graduating in law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn (Germany), Daniel obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) mainly focusing on aspects of data protection and employment law. He wrote his thesis about digitalization within multinational corporations analyzing whether Employee Data is in tension between digitalization and data protection.
During his studies and his legal clerkship (Referendariat) Daniel worked as a Research Assistant in international law firms, acquired valuable practical experience in data protection and employment law and published on these topics.
