A new paper, on the Whistleblowing Directive by Daniel Wasser and Vagelis Papakonstantinou has been published in the Weekend Edition of EU Law Live.
The Directive should have been transposed by now in all Member States, but the truth is that transposition is lagging behind. In that case, what is the role of the Directive in corporations, in countries that have not yet transposed it? What effects does the Directive deploy?
